NETTLE BIO FUR

Made from 100% Nettle fibres and using a simple tufting weave, the ruff is designed to provoke a conversation about plant fibres and the possibilities of sustainable design using our local environment.

Its all up ready for people's eyes! I worked with charity shops to use unsellable clothing. Unravelling jumpers, shredding stained t-shirts, repurposing garments. Also on show is my biofur made from 100% nettles #degreeshow #sustainabletextiles #biofur #shredded #bsu on until 13th June! Also showing at newdesigners @newdesigners @refab @texplusuk
